Ed’s Funcade takes your privacy seriously. Our Web server automatically recognizes and records IP Address of visitors to our website. We collect the e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, sweepstakes, rewards, application and/or on site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review, tracking, or contacting and is then archived for future reference. It’s used to improve the quality of our website content and user-friendliness for better user experience. The contact information is used for marketing purposes, including newsletters, emails or periodic advertisements from our company ONLY. The information is not shared with any outside organization for commercial purposes. Ed’s Funcade is not responsible for lost or damaged PLAYcards or any lost balance of FUNbucks or Moolah points that may be on your Physical Playcard. FUNbucks and Moolah points are not transferable to any other person, they are the sole property of the original purchaser-PLAYcard holder. Ed’s Funcade is not responsible for any one finding and using your PLAYcard resulting in a loss of cash or tickets, FUNbucks or Moolah points for prizes.

We use cookies to store visitor preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, and record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Ed’s Funcade reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend any offer, deal, sale, contest for any reason, once an offer, deal, sale, contest is changed or removed it is deemed not available and any new offers may take place under the same rules. Unauthorized human intervention, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Ed’s Funcade’s reasonable control, any attempt to corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of any part of this app or website. Ed’s Funcade reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with any entry process or the operation of any offer or giveaway or to be acting in violation of these official rules or those of any other Ed's Funcade. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Ed’s Funcade’s site, app, or to undermine the legitimate operation of any part of this application, website,  offer or giveaway, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, should such an attempt be made, Ed’s Funcade and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ed’s Funcade’s failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
